1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking any services with Hair by Frano, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hair by Frano provides professional hair braiding and extension services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Service descriptions and pricing on our website are for guidance only and may be subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Appointments

To secure your appointment, the following conditions apply:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment
• You will receive a confirmation once your booking is accepted
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a reduced service or rescheduling
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to respect the time of our stylist and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: deposit will be forfeited
• No-shows without notice: full service fee may be charged

5. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any confirmed booking will be honoured at the agreed price.

6. Hair & Health Considerations

It is your responsibility to inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Hair by Frano will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

We recommend a consultation before booking certain services, particularly for extensions, to ensure suitability for your hair type and condition.

7. Photography & Social Media

We may photograph completed styles for use on our website and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment. By allowing photography, you grant Hair by Frano a non-exclusive licence to use the images for promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Hair by Frano and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair by Frano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
